we live in Windsor Ontario There is not much here for any one that has an addiction. my son (18) recently came to me and said mom I have a problem. He is addicted to drugs. I had no clue he is a great kid no problems nothing it hit me like a ton of bricks. He wants to change his life he wants to stay clean. He has been going every day to NA meetings but there is nothing else in Windsor for addicts its so sad. I am so scared to lose him.

just started reading your story a few weeks ago and finished it today. love the way you’re telling your story and i’m sorry that you had to go through all of that.

Wow! Wow! …wow, is the only word that comes out of my mouth. I now know what I am missing to reach my life goals. I am missing that first step for certain smalls obstacles here and there. Any time an obstacles blocks my path and I fear what will happen if I attempt to over come up I will stop for a fraction of a second and think of this willow tree. We are only given one life but within that life we have second chances, so why coward away? Face your problem, know you can make it, don’t just tell yourself you can but truly believe in your own words. If you cannot trust yourself, your decisions or your heart then how do you expect others to trust you. Follow your heart because it is always right. No matter how badly your mind wishes to tell you differently, your heart speaks the truth and when it tells you to take that shot, risk the failure at least you know you tried and maybe the second time is your chance.
